We’re super proud of our greeting’s cards – so much so we guarantee you’ll be happy with your order. If you’re not, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund.
Yes, all our cards are made from recycled card stock with kraft envelopes and packaged in biofilm biodegradable sleeves.
Yes, all our packaging is biofilm, paper, or card except for the Royal Mail postage label so please remove this when you pop your packaging in the recycling box!
Not at all, but it does make it to easier ordering next time. Rest assured, your information is only ever used for fulfilling your order and will never be passed on to any other company or used to email you except to notify you about your order.
Yes! On the payment page please enter the instructions plus any message in the ‘Order notes’ box. Be sure to add the recipient’s name and address 🙂
At checkout there is a little box to enter your code. If you ever have an issue with a code, please double check the details to be sure you’re entering the correct info, if it still doesn’t work feel free to reach out via email.
Orders are posted first class Monday, Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes, your order will be posted on the next posting day and should be with you within a couple of working days.
Firstly, sincere apologies, we work incredibly hard to ensure this doesn’t happen but very occasionally it may. Please email as soon as possible so we can rectify this for you.
Should you no longer require items they can be returned in original perfect condition within 2 weeks for a full refund. In the first instance please reach out via email. Please be aware personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Unfortunately, since Brexit, it has been incredibly difficult for us to offer international postage. Please visit our Etsy shop (www.HandmadeDorset.etsy.com) for overseas deliveries.
